RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns
Our refund policy is very simple. We have a 60 day money back guarantee on all Komfy bike saddle cushions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days, we will issue a full refund. For returns from the USA, please request a pre-paid return slip by emailing komfy@soklevr.com with your order number and reason for your return.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Komfy bike cushion seat cover must be returned in its original packaging. If your Komfy included the Komfy Tote Bag ($4.99 value), this must be returned along with your Komfy bike seat cover or you will forfeit $4.99 from your Komfy bike cushion seat cover return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (emailed invoice) with your item(s) including your order number.

ApparelNO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any APPAREL since we print products on demand. We do not offer returns or refunds because each product is custom made just for you!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your Komfy bike seat cushion return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

Note: If your Komfy included the Komfy Tote Bag ($4.99 value), this must be returned or you will forfeit $4.99 from your Komfy bike seat cushion refund .

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at komfy@soklevr.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace Komfy bike cushion seat covers if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at komfy@soklevr.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
