Great Seat Cover!

When I received my stationary bike I was surprised how uncomfortable the seat was.
As I was looking into seat covers, I came across a comment on a different website. They bought a seat cover but returned it. Recommended Sokomfy.
Thought I’d give it a try. Love it, very comfortable!

Returns
Our refund policy is very simple. We have a 60 day money back guarantee on all Komfy bike saddle cushions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days, we will issue a full refund. For returns from the USA, please request a pre-paid return slip by emailing komfy@soklevr.com with your order number and reason for your return.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Komfy bike seat cover must be returned in its original packaging along with the included the Komfy Tote Bag ($4.99 value). The Komfy tote bag must be returned along with your Komfy bike seat cover or you will forfeit $4.99 from your Komfy bike saddle cushion return.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

ApparelNO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any APPAREL since we print products on demand. We do not offer returns or refunds because each product is custom made just for you!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your Komfy bike seat cover return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund.  

Note: If your Komfy included the Komfy Tote Bag ($4.99 value), this must be returned or you will forfeit $4.99 from your Komfy bike saddle cushion refund .

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at komfy@soklevr.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace Komfy bike seat covers if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at komfy@soklevr.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
